We have made it easy for you to explore the prices of our services & packages, book our company, plan your event, digitally sign your contract and make your deposit payment all online --- at anytime. Our 24 hour online contract, planning & payment system is designed to take the hassle out of pricing, planning, booking and paying for your video production contract. A 50% retainer fee and signed contract is required to secure all services. Final payment is due on or before the night of your event. Below are the steps on how to use our system.
1. To start the process, let's first see if our staff is available. Select the date of your event and click on "Check Availability."2. If we are available, a reservation request screen will appear. Please fill out ALL information.3. If you want to see the estimated cost of your project, choose the "type of event" in the drop down menu and pricing will appear automatically for each package that is offered and each add-on that is available.4. Once you submit your reservation request, we will contact you via email to request additional information, finalized your pricing and prepare your online contract.5. Within 5 business days, you will receive your final contract for review along with email instructions on how to digitally sign your contract, how to make your deposit payment and how to add or modify event information.6. Once we receive your signed contract and payment, you will have officially booked our services. You can access your online account at anytime to modify or change information needed regarding your event, make additional payments or see the status of your DVD in post production.7. If needed, you can also print out your contracts and/or use any of our planning worksheets to plan out camera shots, tell us the timeline of events or even choose what music to play if we are DJing your event.

Did you know you can choose and (if you allow it) your guest can request a specific song or artist for your party, wedding, commitment ceremony, quince, or corporate event? Guest will be given their own username and password to access the music request system. Clients can use their contract log-in information to access the music system. All requests are just that, request - there is no guarantee that all requests will be played. We reserve the right to not play any music that will intefere with the overall atmosphere of the client's event.
Log in to your employee account to see what projects are available, what your next assignment will be and any notes left for you by the management team. All equipment assigned to you will be on your account along with your expense report and your payment voucher.
