Refund & Purchase Policy

Your DVD order or digital goods order represents a final sale. There are no refunds.
Your shipping address must match the billing address and billing phone number that is on file with your credit card company at the time of purchase. We WILL NOT ship to an alternative shipping address under any circumstance. A copy of your driver's license, your credit card & a statement from you authorizing a purchase may be necessary if we cannot confirm your billing information. When in doubt, we will automatically refund your money and not process your order.
If you have a defective DVD, we will issue a replacement disk at no charge to you. You may be required to ship back the defective disks as a condition for a replacement. Please check your email correspondence for information.
All DVDs will be mailed within 48 hours of purchase unless the DVD is out of stock or if you order your DVD after 2pm on Friday. If merchandise is out of stock, after the weekday delivery date or during a holiday, delivery will be made within 72 to 96 hours. No deliveries will be made during non-business hours, holidays or when our office is closed on assignment.

PPV/Digital Goods Policy

If you are having difficulty with a digital product, we will assist you with troubleshooting your technical issue but no refunds will be issued if you are using a Wi-Fi hotspot, public internet service, cellular phone connection, tablet Wi-Fi/cellular connection or if your internet service does not meet the minimum required speed for service.
If you are using a digital product and you share your password or other log-in information with another person who is using a different IP address then the one for which you place your order, your account will be terminated automatically (with no notice given to you) and you will receive no refund. All digital products are single user ONLY.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, Sunday Closed. We are closed on all Federal Holidays and November 19 thru November 25, 2018 and December 16, 2018 thru January 2, 2019. We are closed if our team is out on assignment. We will answer after hour calls or emails if you are experiencing a technical issue with one of our digital products within 6 hours.
The Pay Per View/Digital Service is hosted on Vimeo. If you are able to view the promotional trailer, then you can watch the PPV service. You are responsible that the device you are using is capable of watching an online product - there are no refunds.
